Frank Nunziata is Jim Tharp Realty’s President, Owner, and the licensed Real Estate Broker. He has over 30 years of extensive experience in accounting, sales, marketing and business ownership. Frank holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and started his career, working for Pricewaterhouse Coopers as a public accountant. Additionally, Nunziata has held senior and executive level positions for numerous Fortune 500 companies. After leaving corporate America, Nunziata started an independent accounting practice, specializing in client businesses, having 50 or less employees.

Nunziata has detailed first-hand knowledge of what it means to operate a Main Street business as he has personally owned both independent and franchised business operations. Having been the Master Franchiser for Buffalo Wings and Rings, in central Ohio, Frank has gained in-depth knowledge of the franchising industry. He has been a licensed Real Estate agent since 2005 and has negotiated numerous leases for both existing and start-up businesses.

In addition, Nunziata has been a Business Broker since 2004, and his unique background differs markedly from most business brokers in the industry. Drawing on his vast experience in accounting, real estate, business ownership, and corporate America, Nunziata applies his experience to YOUR specific situation. Bob Bruff is a licensed Real Estate professional with the State of Ohio and a Sales Associate for Jim Tharp Realty. Bob offers more than 35 years of professional experience in domestic and international business-to-business and business-to-individual sales in both franchised business system concepts and non-franchised businesses, including several of his own.

Bob’s experience includes selling existing businesses and franchised business system concepts for Ford Motor Company, Budget Rent-a-Car, Burger King, Domino’s Pizza, Applebee’s International, Long John Silver’s, Hardee’s, Charley’s Steakery and W. g. Grinders. In one year, Bob sold over $18 Million in Ford Motor Company businesses; and, at another time was responsible for making Applebee’s International the “Fastest Growing Second-Tier Chain in the Country.”

Experience counts and Bob brings plenty to the table, as he has years of professional experience in franchised business concept development ranging from initial sale through real estate acquisition, construction management, personnel training and opening marketing strategies. Additionally, Bob also brings extensive experience in domestic and international restaurant ownership and operations, offering to share with any prospective business buyer or owner his owner/operator history with Burger King® in both the U.S. and Mexico, Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill & Bar®, Hardee’s®, and Mama Mimi’s Take ‘N Bake Pizza®.
