Jim Tharp has retired after many successful years in the industry. As of February 2010 Frank Nunziata has assumed the role of President, Owner, Licensed Real Estate Broker for the company.

- Frank Nunziata passed the State of Ohio Broker exam and his Brokers license was issued in November of 2009.
- After working for Jim Tharp Realty since 2005 Frank Nunziata purchased the majority interest in Jim Tharp Realty in February 2010 from the founder Jim Tharp. Jim Tharp will continue his active involvement in the brokerage. As of June 2010 Frank Nunziata has assumed the role of Managing Partner and Broker for the company.
